Order Processing

We know you’re excited to get moving! All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship all domestic orders via Australia Post.

• Standard Shipping: $10 (FREE on orders over $200)

• Express Shipping: $15

• Delivery Times: Standard orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days. Express orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days.

International Shipping

Nourished Move now proudly ships to the USA, UK, New Zealand, and Sweden.

• Rates: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your specific location.

• Delivery Times: International orders generally arrive within 7–14 business days.

• Duties & Taxes: Please note that international orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Address & Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Nourished Move is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee may apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
